What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and professional-grade cleaning solution to treat the surface. The chemistry kills algae, mold, and organic growth at the root. High-pressure washing removes surface buildup but doesn't kill what's causing it. For building siding, EIFS, and painted surfaces, soft washing is the correct method. For concrete flat work, we use a surface cleaner with high pressure and chemical treatment.

Will your chemicals damage my landscaping or signage?

We pre-wet all foundation plantings before application and rinse thoroughly after. Signage and glass surfaces are pre-wetted and protected throughout the process. We assess every property before starting and adjust our approach accordingly. No shortcuts around sensitive areas.

Can you work around our business hours?

Yes. We schedule around your operation. Early morning starts, weekend scheduling, and phased work across multiple days are all options depending on your property and needs. We coordinate with your team to make sure there's no disruption to customers, tenants, or staff.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Most commercial work is priced per square foot based on surface type, condition, and access. We confirm measurements at the site visit before any work begins. Travel to locations outside our immediate service area is quoted separately. No surprises on the invoice.
