It depends on the method used. We do not use high-pressure washing on vinyl siding, stucco, or painted surfaces. Those surfaces get a soft wash treatment, which uses low pressure and appropriate cleaning solutions. In nearly all cases this means a thorough clean with minimal risk of surface damage, and we always assess the material before we start.
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the areas we are cleaning and have water access, many jobs can be completed while you are away. We will confirm the access details with you before scheduling.
It varies based on the size of the job and what surfaces are being cleaned. A house wash on a standard single-family home typically takes two to four hours. A driveway and walkway package can often be completed in one to two hours.
Soft washing uses low water pressure combined with cleaning solutions to remove algae, mildew, and biological growth from sensitive surfaces. Pressure washing uses higher water pressure, which is effective on concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces. We choose the method based on what we are cleaning to minimize the risk of damage and get the best result.
